    Beautiful trip to The Love. Our server was top notch and able to discuss a variety of dishes with us before we decided on our entrees. I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance, despite the noise level. In fact, I enjoy a spot with energy and vibrancy, all among candle light and intentional decor. The vibes were great. Our table ordered the salmon, the ricotta stuffed ravioli and the risotto with a Caesar. Having enjoyed pasta across Italy, the ravioli was a beautiful surprise. Sun-dried tomatoes balanced with cream made it a delightful dish I’d come back for again. The others enjoyed their dishes as well. One member of our party made our server aware of her food allergies - lactose to be specific. The server ensured he would inform the kitchen. Later, however, another server delivered a pineapple ice cream to her (we assumed as a pallet cleanser?). She assumed it was sorbet, since she’d made her allergy known, but after tasting, she knew it was cream. Fortunately she did not have a reaction and the remainder of the table was able to enjoy the delightful treat. Overall a fantastic experience on our first trip to Philly.
