18 years have passed since Shabuyoshi began offering its famed "Japanese Black Shabu-shabu". After undergoing a major renovation in 2014, its concept remains the same: to provide a fantastic restaurant in the heart of Fukuyama. Shabuya now offers high quality sirloin alongside its hand-picked ribeye steaks. Fresh fish is also featured on the menu, allowing the local flavor of Setouchi to flourish in each dish. Drinks are also a specialty of the restaurant – a number of sake selections from the local Hiroshima area are available, alongside a range of vintages from the Nappa Valley-based Kenzo Estate winery.
