Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. Had a business dinner at my favorite spot, the Hula Grill. It was great! Food and drinks were brought out promptly, and the quality of both were superb. Service was friendly and professional. I love this place.

The food was excellent but the carrots undercooked and they kept messing up the order. Service was a little uneven. The ambiance was amazing until a large, loud party was seated next to us and we could no longer hear the lovely strains of music.
