The Delta Bistro is part of the Delta supply house and offers four different menus every day of the week. It has meat, fish, and vegetarian offerings that are rotated throughout the week. Some of the meat dishes include calf boiled beef, shashlik of lamb, and krustenbraten from young pig. Fish dishes included bass, hake, and salmon tranche. For vegetarians, there are dishes such as the goat cheese burger, romanesco, and sage gnocchi. Delta Bistro also offers desserts like the coconut cream mango coulis, a dark chocolate praline ganache, and a raspberry mascarpone with fresh berries.

1950 startete Opa Berschneider mit der eigenen Kalträucherei und Lohnsalzerei. Nach getaner Arbeit ließ er seine Tageskasse damals gern in einer Plastiktüte am Fahrrad hängen, um für ein Feierabendbier in die gegenüberliegende Kneipe zu gehen. 1966 stieg sein Sohn ins Geschäft ein und erweiterte das Angebot um Lachschinken mit Speckrand. Das Rezept wurde als Patent eingetragen, bis heute kann man Berschneider Lachschinken kaufen.Produziert wird er jedoch längst woanders. Hier, in der Kampstraße, kamen und gingen Restaurants. Bis es auch die dritte Generation Berschneider an diesen Ort zog: An alter Wirkungsstätte eröffnete Sohn und Enkel Niels 2017 das Berta Emil Richard Schneider. Seitdem gibt es hier eine Kombination aus bodenständiger norddeutscher Küche und internationalem Kneipenschmaus. Kein Schnickschnack und kein Tüdelüt, sondern viel Herzblut, Leidenschaft und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Und vor allem: einfach richtig leckeres Essen.
