The Huntley Dining Room is open for breakfast daily from 6:30-10:30am, Bar and Lounge 4-10pm, and for dinner 5-10pm featuring Montana favorites. Located in the Huntley Lodge. Everett’s 8800 is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu for $155 per guest or a six-course tasting menu for $225, for both lunch and dinner through February 18th.Beginning February 19th, Everett's will be offering an a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner, and the tasting menu will no longer be available.     Cozy, family friendly ambiance. Excellent wine list. Friendly servers. Venison was a stand out. Highly recommend getting a pre dinner drink at the bar right outside the restaurant & listening to live music.

    The experienced was greatly enhanced by the fantastic service. Food was delicious. Prices extremely reasonable for wine & starters. The entree prices are a bit high ranging from $48 - $60. We shared an entree and it was delicious and plenty of food. Given the price of the entree ($57) I thought the split plate charge of $7.50 was a bit excessive. That was the only negative of the entire experience.

    The service was attentive but the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a green salad with salmon and the fish was overcooked. $40 for a plate of basic greens and overcooked piece of salmon was a big disappointment.

    Excellent food. Had baked Camembert appetizer, slow braised short ribs, trout and wagyu striploins. Everything was cooked to perfection. Chef easily accommodated a food allergy by coming out and talking to us directly and checked in after food came out to see if pleased. Personable waiter. Literally no complaints which is rare. Highly recommend.
