Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. This is very much a Major Food Group experience: a lovely setting, excellent food and very good service. All of the kale salad, duck l’orange and wagyu beef are outstanding. The bar tender made a really good Vesper martini and our server, Maya, gave excellent advice and was very attentive. We will return for sure.
