Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Absolutely incredible experience! Our wait staff, Julian, Miguel and Santana were amazing. The food was 10/10, service was impeccable and we were treated so kindly from start to finish. It was for my mom’s birthday and they made her feel so special. Can’t wait to return next year!!

Judy was a rockstar as our server! Always anticipating our needs and awesome to navigate us through our dining experience. Gluten free appetizers, entrees and desserts were outstanding and the wine was great! Looking forward to the Alpharetta opening so we can enjoy closer to home!
