At The Matheson's third floor, adventurous cocktails are crafted from innovative spirits and seasonal fruits, flowers, and herbs. The Mugnaini wood-fired oven kindles small plates that spark the palate (and conversations). Outdoor, open-air seating amidst planters and fire-pits elevate our buzzing garden perch. We take limited reservations 4 weeks in advance for groups up to 4 guests. Large groups from 6-12ppl can be accommodated through Open Table Experiences.Please note we can ONLY allow service animals on Roof 106. An automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to parties of 6 or more.

We accept reservations daily. Join us for a meal or a snack at one of our three bars, a table inside or on the heated patio. Located just north of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, the East Coast and South America meet Wine Country at Willi’s Sea­food & Raw Bar. The inviting vibrant decor and an exten­sive list of small plates combine with the eclectic seasonal cocktail menu and wide-ranging wine list to make visitors feel right at home. Designed for sharing, the menu features items ranging from New England Style “Rolls” and Latin-inspired skewers to ceviches and tar­tares.     This restaurant is seriously one of the most beautiful restaurants in all of Sonoma County. It is absolutely so beautiful, especially at Christmas time but throughout the year it is absolutely a lovely dining atmosphere. The service the wine list the cocktails. The food was all sublime. It made for a beautiful evening shared with friends. Great wine great food great service all around just a perfect evening And perfection on every level.

    This was perfect for a business lunch! We could spread out our reports we needed to view, and had a great meal at the same time. It was not too noisy to talk, and we loved having all of the variety of the small plates. Best ever!
