The Gervasi Italian Bistro dinner menu ingredients are seasonally hand-selected and grown by local farmers. The property, vineyard, historic farmhouse, Bistro, lake, landscapes, and Hotel for overnight accommodations are picturesque from every view. Highlights include a marketplace specialty store, event pavilion, walking paths, outdoor dining and yard game activities for relaxation and fun. We do have a community table and upstairs lounge area available for walk-ins as well, with the full menu.

    I have been to Gervasi many times, but this was my first visit to The Twisted Olive. It was very Gervasi-like, which I loved. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would certainly recommend!

    Our first time at Aqua Pazzo and it did not disappoint! Absolutely fabulous meal, great atmosphere and David, our server, was fantastic. Attentive, informative and very personable. Steve, GM, stopped by to check on us and we had a great conversation with him as well. So many great menu options we had a tough time deciding what to get. We live over an hour away but don’t let distance dissuade you, it’s worth the trip. We will definitely be back!

    Wonderful ambience and the food was superb: only complaint was that my wife and were placed at a table next to a room hosting a company party and they were extremely loud. The noice ruined what would have been a perfect evening. With that in mind I would still recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a nice evening with good food and beautiful facility.
