Fatto a Mano Pizza & Beer serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Six beers on tap and more in the fridge, including our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. The brasserie, originally designed by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki, showcases elegant 1920s Art Deco interiors that include rich wood panelling, brass fixtures and a vintage station clock. The menu is inspired by the warmth and elegance of the grand railway station restaurants of Paris, such as Le Train Bleu at Gare de Lyon and Café de la Paix at Gare Saint-Lazare. Totally packed out as large tables of xmas parties etc.... so noise levels were high. Staff were working really hard to keep everything moving and customers happy - Lucia our waitress was amazing - big smile on her face with a can-do attitude.

Fantastic lunch with a friend, lovely food, great ambience, such a lovely restaurant and then an added surprise of a dessert plate with Happy Birthday’ on it and a small cake and candle- 3 days after my birthday and we hadn’t told them. Wonderful surprise

What a fabulous restaurant! The service was exemplary, the food was delicious and such an attractive setting. We all agreed that even though the restaurant was buzzing, and we had quite a central table, it still felt intimate. We had a really lovely time and we will be back - highly recommended!
