Carina Sorella is a casual neighborhood Italian restaurant with a focus on delicious and approachable food in a bright, vibrant atmosphere. The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in Radnor, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambiance is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

    Wow! We had such an excellent meal along with excellent service. Our bottle of wine was great. For apps we had chopped salad, arancini balls & focaccia bread( only 3 pieces) . We were a party of 4. Two of us had the crab pasta, 1 had the rigatoni & I had the pork Milanese. All were equally delicious. Desert included blood orange sorbet, strawberry sorbet & salted caramel gelato. Hope we get back there soon.

    Incredible food, terrific service, warm and cozy atmosphere, this is the real deal. Make a reservation, it gets crowded quickly. I guess the secret's out, Polpo is one of the best restaurants around.

    We ate upstairs in the dining room and started with filet tips, eggplant rollatini and steamed clams. We followed with the Bronzino and the 12oz filet. Everything was delicious. Our Server, Jill was absolutely fantastic. We ended our snowy Christmas celebration with a shared espresso martini and ice cream. It was a great experience and can’t wait to go back!
