First time at this restaurant. Escargot and artichoke appetizer was wonderful. My Caesar salad was excellent. Entrees were also great. I have a lactose issue so the menu was difficult, but our server was so helpful. Back and forth to the kitchen trying to find something that would work. She was truly amazing. Would highly recommend.

A busy day for North, but our waiter was attentive and did his best to make it a very pleasant family lunch. We appreciated the quietest table in the far corner. One of our favorite places to take guests who are craving a pizza.

My wife and I had a beautiful dining experience at the Core Kitchen Ritz Carlton. After dining at all of the Tucson Resorts, this has been the finest by far. Everyone we encountered were absolutely the nicest and most professional. Lisa, our attendee was very helpful, especially in fulfilling our cocktail order. Thanks again Lisa. Tuna appetizer was so flavorful and presentation great. Love the vinaigrette on salad delicious. NY strip steak was done to perfection. My favorite restaurant in the area.

Great food (short ribs and bolognese), amazing wine list, and top notch service (Anthony). Fresh bread was served warm which no one does anymore. Our server was attentive and quick but we did not feel rushed. This is a special place and we will be back.
