How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing. The answer became Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse, located at the charming Tivoli Village just off of Summerlin Parkway; 15 minutes from the famed Las Vegas Strip.

    The food was delightful but the biggest thing that will make me return is the service. The service here is amazing. This was my first visit and I will definitely be a regular here. The atmosphere was more casual than I expected and I was surprised at the value here as the quality was on par with restaurants at twice the price point. A superb experience.

    We ate in the Bar area and our Barman and server Enzo was great! He suggested a great bottle of Sicilian wine and helped with our meal choices. Great service.

    An excellent place for a special occasion or family meal. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented. All the staff that attended to us during our visit were all extremely friendly and helpful throughout and the facilities are first rate.

    Food came out hot and was very good. We all enjoyed it. However, the waitress was not very friendly at all and she also did not inform us that there was a charge to refill one of the drinks. It would have just been nice to know upfront instead of learning about it when we received the bill.
