PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products.     I have been going to Flagler Steak House numerous times we love going there especially Christmas time. I have to say that the service was not that good this time that our food was served to the table and the pervious time the server would put the Tomahawk Steak for 2 on our plate. This time the food was just placed on the table . ( Not Good ). I have to say that the server had too many tables . Food was excellent , Appetizer ,Steak, and deserts were excellent, but the server was so/so.

    We love exploring the menu, and have yet to be disappointed. The cheese soufflé was fabulous, and the escargots smelled wonderful with the garlic butter. The ile flottante with the caramel cage was both fun and really good. Brody was a tremendous part of the experience, being a very gracious and charming server. The front room is nice and airy with the doors and windows open for a pleasant cross breeze.

    I got seated in the back corner, and while the food was great, being stuck there near the exit really affected the overall experience. It took away from the enjoyment of the meal, which was unfortunate, but it is what it is.

    The food, atmosphere and service are always outstanding! The combination of the eggplant Parmesan appetizer and the Alfredo were pure heaven! We did not get the name of the gentleman in the coat who assisted us, but his professional, kind and outgoing personality made our visit outstanding!
