If we are fully booked, you are always welcome to call ahead (5-10 minutes out) for any available seats to dine at our bar or last-minute openings. If you are running late or if your reservation plans change at all, please call. We can only hold your table for up to 10 minutes without hearing from you. We are a small restaurant full of lovely, dedicated people and communicating with us candidly is always the best way. We look very much forward to your visit!

    Our experience at Kumoya was exceptional. The staff, including the restaurant manager and the head chef, spoke with us during our meal and were all extremely knowledgeable. The food was incredible and the fish was the freshest I have had in Colorado. We had a selection of appetizers, nigiri, including the emperor fish and blue snapper as recommended by the manager, and a selection of rolls which were so fresh and had very unique flavor. We finished off with several of the desserts, of which the yuzu sorbet was a particular favorite. We will definitely be back!
