These villages are a favored destination for travelers to Italy where seafood is prevalent. Pesto, a condiment made of fresh basil, is the flagship of tradition in the region. At Cinque Terre, we make our pesto every day from the freshest and top quality ingredients. We always have on the menu, Muscoli (mussels), Polpo (octopus), Gamberi (shrimp) and a variety of seasonal seafood, artisan pizzas along with house-made pastas.
