At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

I had the scallops, my partner had Kona crusted salmon. Both were delicious but scallops were a little stale. Been there before and will go again. Great waiter too.

This place is outstanding! My only regret in recommending it is if it becomes a tourist spot the noise level will go up… honestly walking through the doors you expect to meet Ernest Hemingway and his lost generation pals. The food is outstanding, the service totally on point and the space is wonderful!
