Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more. Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.     We ate in Cece's Kitchen this time. We've eaten in the main dining room many times. Wanted a more casual atmosphere. It was perfect, although booking was crazy. I originally booked the Kitchen at 6:15. When I went to change to 6:45, Open Table said no availability. When we checked in, they said they weren't sure they could seat us? When I pressed that we wanted to try the ambiance....we were the ONLY ones there. Plenty of seating. What gives? Service was excellent and perfect spot for salad, pizza, and a couple of drinks. Recommend it.

    The food was delicious. We bad the pear and ricotta bruschetta, bolognese and the pasta alla vodka. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was attentive.

    Rye Street is a unique dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful and modern with a rustic feel, lots of wood and leather seating. The food was wonderful. We started with the crab dip, which was full of crab and not too rich. Our entrees were delicious as well and our waiter was attentive and pleasant. We like Rye Street for a special occasion, but if we lived closer we would go for a burger and a nice night out. There are two bars inside and a beautiful new outdoor area. Highly recommend.

    Food was delicious, the recommendations by the waitress were on point! I would definitely come back again, the crispy rice and the beef tenderloin were my favorite items on the menu!
