A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N.     This was our first visit to the new Ema Restaurant in Glenview. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The restaurant decor was beautiful, the server Ellie was very friendly and helpful in explaining our choices on the menu. Our meal was delicious and we enjoyed our selections and were happy with the delicious Greek Yogurt dessert for the birthday girl which we all happily shared with her. We give Ema 10 stars and will be returning and we will recommend your restaurant to everyone! The Kupperman Family

    I'm not a big Indian food guy but Mughal has very good food at a reasonable price. Butter Chicken and Saag Paneer are top notch. Garlic Naan the best though it loses its warmth quickly so order one at a time. I've been here with family and friends and they all echo my sentiment. If you like Indian food but have family or friends who are hesitant, bring them to Mughal. They'll be converted.
