North Carolina chef and restaurateur, Jim Noble founded Rooster’s: A Noble Grille with the intention of being relevant without being trendy and to impress without being pretentious. That commitment has carried us through two decades and continues to lead us on today.Knowing that simple food is harder to execute given there is nowhere to hide the flaws, we go to great lengths to source quality ingredients from local farmers and purveyors.     Whether it's old favorites like smashburgers or meat loaf or a special like today's pork tacos with quinoa and greens salad, Mozelle's delivers very good food. Today's service at a very busy lunch time was flawless. Another wonderful experience.

    Diamond was our waitress and she gave us an amazing experience. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with each course we experience. We will return to have her as our waitress exclusively. I hope that you all recognize her for the wonderful service she brings to each table she encounters.

    Enjoyed our meals tremendously. I enjoyed the seasoning on The grouper and the polenta . My friends had the favorite go to Parmesan crusted chicken. We indulged in sharing the chocolate cake, cheese cake and apple flan. All wonderful! Highly recommend for any occasion.
