Favorite brunch/lunch place in Seattle. A classic. And the team that supports you are on top of it, thoughtful, and kind.

From start to finish my partner and I had a 5+ star experience. The staff were bubbly, attentive and helpful. The food was to die for. My steak legit melted in my mouth, my garlic mashed potatoes were perfection as well. All the drinks ordered were delicious and my partners Alfredo was the best Alfredo we’ve ever had. I give this restaurant an A++! Best date night for a reasonable amount in Seattle. The setting was small and intimate that’s great for dates, small get togethers or girls night. I highly recommend this place.

A Seattle Favorite – Republic Never Disappoints For my colleagues and me, a trip to Seattle isn’t complete without a meal at Republic. It’s become a tradition—no matter how packed our schedules are, we always find time to come back. The food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality keep us returning again and again. For me, the highlight is always the pork chop—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired with some of the best grits and collard greens I’ve ever had. It’s the kind of meal you think about long after you’ve left, counting down the days until you can have it again. Republic isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a staple of our Seattle visits. If you’re looking for a spot that consistently delivers incredible food and a warm, welcoming experience, this is it. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Always a great meal from wa’z. Exceptional quality ingredients sourced locally and from Japan. Unbeatable sake pairing and variety as well.

First time and the rolls did not disappoint! I loved the specials menu and the yummy cocktails!
