Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. We had a brilliant experience. Me and my wife were there for a date night. We tried their "Silk Road Journey Experience". It started with their spreads. The Muhamara, Beet Mutabal and the Baba Ghanouj are worthy of a special mention. Then we had our Mezze. We tried the Mousakhan Chicken Rolls and the Kebbet Karaz. Both of them were amazing. We went towards the entree and we tried the Kebab Antabli and the Shish Tawouk. The Shisk Tawouk was outstanding. For the drinks we tried the Araks. This was our first time and I must say we will be drinking Arak for a while. It was a really good experience.

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.
