Gwen is both a European-style, chef-driven butcher shop and a restaurant that is redefining dining in LA, with a menu that calls on fire-based cooking techniques. Whether you’re picking up house-made charcuterie, prime and rare breed meats from the retail store, enjoying a feast in the dining room or relaxing with a bite and cocktail at the bar, Gwen delivers the highest standards of quality, taste and service.On Wednesdays-Sundays, we offer Chef's Carte Blanche 5-course tasting menu for $130 per person (limited quantities available).     Food and ambiance at M&F outstanding as ever. (I do wish they'd heat the bread, tho.) But this trip they outdid themselves in service. My dear companion now uses a cane and walks quite slowly. The valet noticed and actually drove him around to the front door where I met them having come down the stairs and secured our reservation. On leaving a member of wait staff lead him out a side door to the curb while I brought the car around. They made the night of my dear's birthday even more wonderful than just the dinner. This is old style service, above and beyond. Three cheers for Musso & Franks.

    I loved every bit of it from the moment I got out my car the customer service was top tier to coming in and getting seated and everything carefully explained. Although there want a bartender I still had a ball eating and sparking up a joint. The decorations in the bathroom is amazing I will definitely be back and bring some friends !!!!!!

    This is one of the best omakase I’ve ever had in the US. The fish is extremely well handled: he knows what he’s doing and the flavor profiles range from highly traditional and refined to adventurous California sushi. The chef has such a fantastic personality; by the end of the night he joined us in a round of beers.
