Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times.     An excellent evening at Normans. We are regulars there and it’s great to see the menu changes that happen all the time. The food is always delicious and I love the small plates approach, it means you get to taste so many more dishes.

    My partner and I came here for his birthday and we were very pleased with the food, but mostly the service. I had asked them if it was possible to store a birthday cake (context: my partner and I have used the caterpillar cakes as our bday cake every year) to surprise my partner , and they happily approved the request. They were very accommodating! Our waitress was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Very impressed! Recommended food: Pizzetta ‘Nduja

    Had the most outstanding experience at Hawksmoor. Me and my friend went as a late birthday treat us birthday and the staff were incredible our waitress went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had an amazing experience. This is the second time I have visited and service has withheld. The food was absolutely incredible and we are desperate to go back!

    We love devour and have been many times. There was an error with our food but we spoke to the staff and they were very responsive to sorting it out to make sure we were happy. They were very busy but still very happy to sort out the issue. Would highly recommend. Very nice setting and atmosphere
