The name Melina is rooted in Greek origin and derives from the Greek word for "honey". "Mel" can be derived from the name Melissa meaning "honey-bee". The restaurant is named after the daughter of Co-Founder Chef Dimitri Moshovitis. “Melina” will honor the strength of the matriarchy in the Greek family.     We had a wonderful evening tonight at Julii. We ordered burrata, French onion soup, Alsatian tart and scallop crudo for appetizers. For mains we had the trout and the scallop risotto. Everything was excellent. The ambience was lovely, service was perfect - very attentive without being overbearing. Burrata is hard to mess up so of course that was great. The tart while good didn’t live up to the hype. It was still very enjoyable! It’s not so much of a tart as it truly is more of a flatbread pizza, but still very good. The trout was tasty and the scallop risotto was very nice. For me, the stand out dish was the scallop crudo -very bright and refreshing flavors. We had a great time and I would definitely come back again!

    We had a great dinner at The Salt Line. The selection of raw oysters was great. Our party of 5 ordered a variety of dishes. Our favorites were the Parker house rolls, crab dip, baked cod, and hamachi crudo. Overall, everything was delicious, including the drinks. The service was kind and friendly. A special thanks to Ji, our server. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening!
