Massimo's has been a Fremont destination and landmark since opening in 1976. The name Massimo's is not only the middle name of our late founder but also means “great”. The food, service and atmosphere is the passion of owner Bill Rinetti Jr. We strive to create a cuisine that is fresh, seasonal and prepared with great care and also include some of our classical preparations including our Caesar Salad which is made in the dining room. The fare is American with bits of Italian influences. We have been featured on KQED "Check Please Bay Area". Be sure to save room for one of Massimo's Flaming Desserts that have become one of our signature preparations.

Bistro 880 offers a Modern American Cuisine with hints of the Pacific Rim. Bistro 880 has been awarded the Diner's Choice Award 3 years in a row in 2022, 2023, and 2024. We feature signature cocktails to refresh your palate. Thursday is Half-Off Wine Night. Bring all your friends or a loved one and enjoy an evening out. All bottles of wine are half off of the menu price with the purchase of a dinner entree.Breakfast is served Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 10:00am. On Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast is open from 6:30am to 11:00am.Dinner is served from 4:00pm to 10:00pm Monday to Thursday. On Friday & Saturday, Bistro 880 is open for dinner from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. Prime Rib dinner specials are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights. Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:00pm on Sunday.Happy Hour is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Live Music on Friday and Saturday from 9:00pm to 1:00am. No one under 21 years of age allowed in the lounge area or dance floor.

    Food was delicious! I particularly liked the fact that they allowed you to eat each course at a leisurely pace with the food being the perfect temperature when served. Everyone from the hostess to the waitstaff was extremely professional. A wonderful dining experience!

    We enjoyed dinner (4 of us) for my wife's birthday on a Saturday night. Everything was exceptional. Our waiter, Rene, was new and we were very impressed with him. His suggestions on menu items were spot on and he checked on us regularly without being overbearing . We were all very pleased with our dinners (swordfish, miso salmon, chicken piccata, sea bass). The sea bass came with melted butter on a sizzling cast iron dish that kept the fish hot down to the last morsel - delicious. Market Broiler has always been a favorite place but this visit was exceptional. We will return and hope Rene is again our waiter.

    We were promptly greeted and seated. Staff were attentive and helpful. Only hiccup was when we scanned the QR code to pay-unsuccessful after three attempts so our server completed the transaction in the customary manner.
