Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch.     Wow! What an amazing meal and experience. I see why this restaurant received accolades as the best Italian restaurant in Utah. From appetizers to salad, pasta, proteins, & desserts every bite was delicious and the service plus live jazz during the meal truly elevated the already outstanding experience. Further, the house wine was fantastic. My wife and I traveled to Park City & Salt Lake City from San Francisco for a thanksgiving week getaway - we highly recommend and will be back again!

    A small group of us went to Kimi's to celebrate a birthday. What a wonderful experience. The ambiance is beautiful, classy and calm. Our waiter could not have been more attentive and had perfect timing. The food was fantastic! Try the pork chop! And the jewel of the night -- dessert with a sparkler for my dining companion celebrating a birthday. It was a special and perfect night. Thank you Kimi!

    I loved my salmon. We loved the bison and the elk!! We love the salad!! My husband doesn’t love your tenderloin. He doesn’t think it’s as high quality as other similarly priced restraunts. That was the only downside for him. He liked the gravy.. which he dusky doesn’t prefer a gravy in his tenderloin! Our waiter was awesome and accommodating!! The birthday desserts were a surprise! It was a fun evening!!
