At Momo we do what we love. We work with amazing local producers and suppliers and use only the best seasonal produce. Our head chef Michal Buchta has been with us since 2016. His dishes are simply delicious - always full of flavour and finesse. Our dining room is casual and relaxed. We have a great selection of organic wines, local beers and soft drinks. Our menu is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly. Located in the heart of Waterford’s Viking Triangle (link to WVT web), the Reg consists of 5 bars built around the 900-year-old City Wall constructed at the same time as the adjacent Reginald’s Tower. Each bar has its own unique character and offering. We are Great Place to Work Certified and also Won Best Late Night Bar in Ireland for 2022. We got the fish and chips and the chicken burger it was outstanding, such big portions and for great value, we also got the brownie and a creme brûlée and that was amazing also. The staff weren’t intrusive or annoying they were so kind and over all we both loved it.
