Since we opened this camp 25 years ago, we have focused upon fresh foods for our guests. We know it is difficult to find good meals on the road, especially if you are vegan and vegetarian, and invite you to join us.You will smell the foods before you walk in, but will see entree's like baby back pork ribs, samosas, ribeye steaks, moussaka, vegan ramen and steamed saffron mussels through our open kitchen. We make easy to assemble fresh bag lunches for the trail, and specialty lunch items for indoor and outdoor dining. Beside items like American breakfast and breakfast burritos you will find signature items like our California breakfast too! All this from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and some organic healthy foodstuffs. We invite you to peek into some online reviews in advance. Ordered a steak cooked medium well and it was medium raw. Several items on the menu were not available. They substituted a specialty cheese cake for an over the counter one.

The June Bug Cafe has great food at a reasonable price in a grown-up camp atmosphere which is fitting, as the whole Yosemite Bug feels like a really cool, funky summer camp in the woods, for all ages. Big portions, well made, fresh meals. We stayed at a different hotel recently and, after a disappointing breakfast at that hotel, drove to the June Bug for a great, satisfying breakfast the next morning.
