Quince’s menu is inspired by travels of chefs and lead partner to his favorite culinary cities, such as New Orleans, Lima, NYC, Mex. City. Quince is upscale casual. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus. All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. Ticket que no destaca por barato pero que con gusto acabas pagando: productos de calidad, cocina trabajada, servicio de excelencia y calidez.

    Lo que no me pareció correcto es que al llegar no se verificó mi reservación, la persona que nos atendió no le interesó que le dijera que tenía reservación y por ello no me pidió el nombre sólo mis llevó a ocupar una mesa, obvio tampoco le interesó si íbamos a celebrar algo

    One of the best restaurants we have been to in Mexico. Highly recommend coming here. We had the beet salad , ceviche , pork and beef. And tried the special pear dessert. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented

    Came to San Miguel de Allende for vacation, and we decided to have dinner at Quince Rooftop. We had drinks that were so good, then we had our food that was amazingly good. Then we ordered more drinks and lastly we ordered a French toast dessert! It was so delicious best French toast ever! Definitely recommended! Everyone was so nice. They have heaters, they also offer you blankets. They also had a guy playing a violin and another guy doing a show. And of course you cant forget the view to the basilica. 100 out of 10👍🏼

    One of my favorite spots in my 10 days in San Miguel de Allende. Simple yet complex dishes and flavors. Wonderful prices all in a enchanting ambience. The servers were kind and professional. I think the food speaks for itself. Here are some photos.
