Hotel La Selva​附近的餐廳

We recently visited Ling Ling Mexico, and we were blown away by the entire experience! Located on the 56th floor of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, the restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views of Mexico City. The ambiance is both elegant and casual, making it perfect for a special occasion or a relaxed evening out. The menu features a delightful fusion of Asian-inspired dishes, with a focus on Cantonese and Japanese cuisine. We tried the sashimi, fried rice with bone marrow, and sliced beef, all of which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sushi rolls were also a hit. The service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and accommodating. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. The cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the sake was an excellent addition, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The triple-height terrace and lush vegetation create a unique and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Overall, Ling Ling Mexico is a fantastic dining destination that combines great food, excellent service, and stunning views. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Mexico City.

Imperdible la bruschetta de filete, el bun de cerdo, el tamal de romeritos con mole, el taco de molleja y los ravioles de requesón. Todas sus proteínas animales tienen una excelente cocción que resultan en una texturas suaves, de muy buen sabor. Lo que no entendí bien fue el clam chowder que salseaba la totoaba, estoy más familiarizada y me esperaba algo más cremoso, con sabor a la base de verduras del la costa este de EUA y almejitas flotando (mi error). De los postres, el de plátano con chocolate y el cheesecake con higos balancean muy bien su mezcla cremosa, crujiente y afrutada, sólo que mencionan que el cheesecake es estilo japonés, pero no es un panque esponjoso sino una tarta cremosa con mermelada. Lo único que me quedo a deber fueron las bebidas, especialmente el café, el cual superaba el tostado que permite que se aprecie en un americano. Mi sueño es que en restaurantes de este nivel, hubiera distintos métodos de extracción, lavado y tostado -quizás es demasiado pedir- a mí, por ejemplo, me gusta el tostado medio, más afrutado; habría quedado genial con nuestros postres. De cualquier manera la pasé muy bien, el lugar es hermoso y quienes atienden son buena onda.

We came here because we couldn’t get a reservation at Contramar and was told the menu is the same as their sister restaurant. Food was spectacular. Had the scallop tostada and the tuna tostada which were delicious. And the red and green fish did not disappoint. The service was very attentive and the waiter spoke wonderful english. Would highly recommend! Sat upstairs which was fairly quiet and serene with a nice view of the park across the street.

This was my second time at Handshake. Just as great as the first time! Came with a party of four and though we had to wait 5-10 minutes despite having a reservation (it was totally packed with people waiting outside who didn't have reservations), it was well worth the wait! All of the drinks were outstanding and truly so unique. The rest of my party, who all experienced Handshake for the first time on this outing, said it was unlike any bar they've ever been to! Awesome experience from start to finish and I will recommend Handshake to anyone visiting CDMX.

EXCELLENT restaurant! Extremely delicious food, wonderful beverages, lively atmosphere and totally switched-on welcoming helpful staff...top-notch in every way...plus, we saw Jane Fonda here--niiiiice. Thank you!!
