"Your Pleasure is Our Pleasure!" Please join us at Bar Cecil for a delightful evening. We welcome parties of 5 or fewer guests (limited space for parties of 5). Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate larger parties.We book tables for 2 hours. Last dinner orders are taken at 9 pm and we close the bar at 10 pm. We've gone cashless and happily accept credit and debit cards.Due to our small size, tables with separate reservations can not be combined. Please reserve online; if OpenTable is not showing availability, we're fully booked or it is more than 14 days out. We accept reservations up to 30 days out. Our bar is always walk-in and we open at 5 pm (the bar list is usually full around 4:30 pm).We can't wait to have you as our guests! "Shall we?"

A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California.     We’re visiting from Philadelphia and this is what we ordered : Tomato bisque, crab/corn chowder, baked boucheron, filet mignon, duck, carrot cake and lime pie. The entire meal was absolutely stunning and beyond delicious. Jose took fantastic care of us, thank you sir! You all did an amazing job 👌🏼

    Food was very good. When asked for extra Parmesan it was like Kraft in a cup. Not fresh grated. Sat on back patio only customers in back service was okay staff very friendly. No overhead heater under awning but they did provide lap blankets. Lighting very dark. Recommend using front porch seating for dinning this time of year as overhead heaters provide better warmth. Overall great place to eat in Idyllwild .

    Prix-fix lunch is almost always perfect, & we dine here for lunch at least once a week. Food is reliably fresh & tasty, & the $31 set price includes soup or salad, dessert, coffee/tea, & bread. Service always comes with a friendly smile & is professional especially Lilliam, Michelle, & Alex. Highly recommended. Sit outdoors in the tree room; it's smart to reserve for lunch.

    Tropicale is one of Palm Springs, California's most popular restaurants & rightly so. Dining there is like dining in the days of Sinatra & all the movie stars who once considered Palm Springs their playground. Be sure to ask for Richard to be your server.
