The stately Victorian Manor home was built in 1872 by the founder of Manitou Springs, Dr. William Bell of London, England. Our restaurant offers casual yet elegant dining in nine intimate rooms, an extensive menu and wine list complete with the option of five course dinners, featuring domestic and game meats, fresh seafood, house made pastas, poultry, specialty salads, vegetarian, and handcrafted desserts. The finely grained pink sandstone Tudor Manor displays the architecture and landscaping of an English country house complete with Fountain Creek passing through the estate.     Our “waiter” was amazing. He was very personable. If you go you will understand the quotes. Took my daughters after we saw the nutcracker. Great place. We will be back.

    We look forward to returning to Geoffrey's section. He provides superb service along with on target suggestion. We dined on Thanksgving from the Dining Room menu. The French onion soup was excellent as was the delicious beet salad. The pasta dish was flavorful with a generous portion. The Colorado trout was as expected with additional flavors. Perfectly light to allow for desserts. Unfortunately we could not order regular desserts ( creme brulee and special cheesecake) yet were very happy with the cherry pie. We will be back for the seasonal menu change and to enjoy those longed for desserts. Valet parking was the added touch to make the evening effortless.

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our server was AWESOME. He caught some hilarious conversation snippets and rolled with it. The food was incredible, the wine pairings On Point. I definitely felt comfortable and taken care of for a gluten-free dinner along with my gluten-normal friends. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

    We are frequent guests at Briarhurst Manor. The meal was one of the best we have had there. The Denver Steak and Scallop & Asparagus Risotto were excellent! The server was attentive and gracious. Highly recommend for a special nice dinner.
