Friends Of Ours at Serpentine is a vibrant, all-day restaurant, housed in the spectacular Magazine building designed by Zaha Hadid. Ognisko restaurant on Exhibition Road in the heart of South Kensington, is just a stone’s throw away from the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Royal Albert Hall and London Imperial College.     Really, really happy with the venue, the service and above all the food and drink. The vodka flavoured with caraway and dill was delicious. The portions are large so unless you are very hungry (and I mean very hungry) I would suggest sharing a starter and having the main course. The four of us shared marinated herrings and a a stuffed perogi with cheese and potato, and then we tucked into what is heaven - chicken livers. Fabulous We also had a bottle of Georgian red wine to wash it down, terrific. No room for dessert. The service is so friendly including the person taking our coats as soon as we got through the door, and then the waitresses who noticed that my wife's purse / bag had slipped off the back of the chair and could have been stepped on, or worse. You have to book, though.

    Nous sommes allez avec des amies à ce restaurant que nous avons beaucoup vu sur les réseaux sociaux. Nous avions réservé pour 22h30. Il y avait un DJ, ainsi qu’une violoniste pour accompagner le tout. L’ambiance était au rendez vous et nous étions dans une atmosphère très agréable. Pour les plats, il y a énormément de choix, le concept est de commander à manger et de tout se partager sur la table. Niveaux prix c’est un petit peu cher, mais en additionnant la musique, le cadre ainsi que le personnel très accueillant cela est compréhensible. Nous avons pris 4 plats « à partager », (des sushi 6 pièces, du riz avec de l’agneau, des maki 6 pièces et enfin des crispy) on en a eu pour à peu près 49£ par tête.
