Enjoy the finest locally sourced ingredients served with simplicity and style, with menus that change with the seasons to reflect the seasonality of the produce we use. Coast at the Hythe Imperial offers fine dining in an elegant and relaxed setting. Guests can enjoy modern British cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients that reflect the seasons. Dishes are never over-elaborate and always allow the quality of the ingredients to shine through.Please note that we require a non-refundable deposit of £15pp for tables of 4 and above. Thought the service was very good, food also very good, really friendly atmosphere. Need to lower the price of the Chapel Down, I pay approximately £140 per case, and that's brut, the one for £47 per bottle is very steep. But it won't stop us returning. Loved the place.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Food was freshly made and very tasty. The only downside was the price of the drinks but it was a hotel so expected this.

Service was great made us welcome and the service staff were not too entrusive at the table, we had a chicken main and a pork belly Main and both meals were served hot and presented well and both meals were very tasty
