How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     Nine of us celebrated my wife’s birthday and we had a blast. The room had a great vibe, loud enough to feel the energy but we could all hear each other. Niko crushed it, made delicious recommendations from cocktails to appetizers and mains. The octopus was totally awesome and the carne asada was simply prepared and delicious. Three hours went by in a flash and we loved the candled churros to sing happy birthday. A great night! Thank you to the team we’ll be back!

    Incredible meal - yellowtail jalapeño (2x), mixed tempura, miso chilean sea bass (2x), and amazing sushi highlighted by lightly seared A5 wagyu with Himalayan salt, Hokkaido uni, negi toro rolls, and Hamachi belly. The service was probably the best service I've ever experienced - professional and very attentive, super friendly and personable, crazy attention to detail (consistently checking in and/or making eye contact, damp towels both before and after the meal, proactively brought out salt for my tempura when she noticed I wasn't using tempura sauce, etc.), and great food recommendations re: lightly searing the A5 wagyu sushi and using Himalayan salt, mentioning how great the uni was, etc.). Thanks Wanda! Overall, a truly exceptional experience. Will definitely be going back soon.
