Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. This was our first time dining at Daniel's Broiler and we couldn't have been happier. My husband and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary and everything from the cocktails to appetizer to dinner and dessert was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, we enjoyed the staff who were friendly, helpful and attentive. We requested a view or special table and had a beautiful view of downtown Bellevue where the street trees were illuminated with their white lights. We look forward to celebrating another special occasion at Daniel's Broiler!
