Chart House Waikiki was founded in 1968 by world-renowned waterman Joey Cabell. It is the only independently owned Chart House existing in Hawaii, though 24 additional locations exist throughout the continental United States. Chart House Waikiki was founded on the principle of providing an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience incorporating great food, exceptional service, and unparalleled views. Known for its seafood, steaks, ribs and iconic marina vistas, it remains a cornerstone of Waikiki dining. Enjoy our beautiful new monkeypod wood bar and indulge in timeless classics like the famous Garlic Steak, tender Filet Mignon, and savory Ahi Mignon. Happy Hour at the bar, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM daily, features delicious pupus, beer, and cocktail specials.
