Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more. We serve lunch and dinner 7 days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.We proudly serve beers from Manor Hill Brewing, Howard County’s first farm brewery. Manor Hill beers are hand-made on our farm using original and unique recipes. The result is aromatic, hop forward farmhouse style beers.

**Our menu currently features a six course Chef's menu only.** Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. WE ARE FAMOUS FOR OUR WET AND DRY-AGED STEAKS THAT ARE HAND-CUT BY OUR IN HOUSE PROFESSIONAL BUTCHERS.Our steaks are wet aged on average 45 to 70 days, cut and then dry-aged for another 5 to 7 days. This extensive aging process is what separates us from our competition. We have been described as serving a “Ruth’s Chris” steak at an “Outback” price. In addition to our signature steaks, we serve baby back ribs, fresh salads, chicken, seafood, fajitas, and we even have two pasta dishes. Prices range on entrees from $9.99 to $29.00 for our 22 oz. T-bone steak. We make our dishes from scratch using the best ingredients. It’s the little details that keep the guests returning, from grilling a lemon to be squeezed on a fresh grilled fish, to making our brownies for our signature dessert, the Brownie Sundae.

Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

    Not crowded at all on Friday midday. Had an allergy menu ready to share with us. QR code lets you order drinks and food at your own pace and without having to wait for servers. We were checked on many times… since there wasn’t a lot of customers, but a lot of staff. We had meat and cheese board, pretzel and sausage roll. Meat & cheese board was just ok. Others were great. Drinks were awesome- Baltimore blonde and lemon raspberry experimental one were our favs.

    As usual, top notch service and innovative food was the rule this evening. Their 6 course prix fixe menu was a bargain at $99 a person. Each unique dish was expertly prepared and delivered to the table with perfect spacing. The Christmas setting was a wonderful touch that went well with the snowy surroundings. All in all a special treat that will be remembered for a long time.

    Our favorite restaurant in Catonsville. The drinks are amazing (smoky old fashion), the food delicious and generous portions - we had the wedge salad and amazing arctic char with savory green beans and nice cheesy risotto. But best of all was our server - he’s a real pro. Makes everyone feel special and appreciated.
