Pisces Rising is a celebration of Florida cuisine located in beautiful Mount Dora. Established in 2003, the restaurant offers sweeping views of Lake Dora with multiple options for dining in the main dining room, semi-private, private, and outside areas of the establishment. Pisces Rising is a proud supporter of regional sustainability and utilizing fresh, local ingredients in culinary dishes first and foremost whenever possible. The scratch kitchen, referred to as the "Heart of the House", consists of a team of passionate Chefs who put their love and care into each dish.     Worth the wait for getting to see this simply beautiful restaurant. Food was so good! I had the Croque Monsieur sandwich which was a huge portion and delicious !! French onion soup and the broccoli quiche was had by another one of my dining companions and they also thoroughly enjoyed their meal as well. Drinks were also exceptional. Now for the desserts, simply amazing, we tried the Champagne raspberry cake, and the Gwendolyn Chocolate cake and not only were they huge portions but soooo delicious !! I know people complain about the prices, but I am a true believer, you get what you pay for and everything from the ambiance, to the service and food were all top notch. WE will definitely be going back again.

    It was so good earlier this week we decided to go again for our last lunch in town. And it was perfect. Our waiter was so nice and was on top of everything. This place has been my fav for forever. And now it’s my bffs fav too. Can’t wait to make it back.

    A gluten sensitive diners dream! We have a gluten allergy diner and a celiac in our family and there was easily something for everyone on this menu. The food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and attentive. Thanks Caleb! While some of us were returning guests it was the first time for one us and he is fan for sure! Finally, good food at the Springs! :)

    Food was excellent except for my father's coconut shrimp. They were very over done. Desserts were great and the coffee was outstanding. In fact it was the best coffee I have tasted in my 54 years of being on this planet. Please share the brand with me.
