Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience. Only reason 4 stars on food due to ordered burger med-well and got it med-rare. If I send it back, what does my guest do w/his salmon? That one issue aside, it is a top-shelf experience. and would definitely return.

A bit disappointed to be seated right by the service door to kitchen when there were other tables open. Also did not get the requested booth. Otherwise all good.

The food is AMAZING! The atmosphere/ ambiance is very nice. The best Brazilian buffet ever! I've been here more than 10 times already and I never get tired. You can get a private room for 20 or more guests. We booked one for Easter 23 and it was fun and personable! Be careful with cocktails, they are strong. You can also book reservations same day. This place is a 10/10! The Andersons
