Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture.     Trevor, the GM, checked on us multiple times throughout our dining experience. Meat variation was awesome, cooked to perfection, and the servers were very accommodating even given the fact it was Valentines Day and the busiest we have ever seen the location (probably 10th time here). Could not have made it any better, A++ experience! Never disappointed.

    It had been a few years since we dined at Next Door, and we did not know what to expect. Needless-to-say our Valentine's dinner was absolutely fantastic. The service was amazing, including our waitress, Bethany who was super attentive and friendly, and the dining room manager, Sean, who was actively engaged overseeing and helping the wait staff. Even the bus girl topped off my waterglass no fewer than 5 times. The food was superb - and we especially enjoyed the featured Australian Wagyu steak, along with the grilled bronzini. The chocolate toffee lava cake was to die for, and a perfect end to our Valentine's meal. The live entertainment (guitar/vocal) really added to the atmosphere. Bravo Next Door!
