Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. The food was delicious. We bad the pear and ricotta bruschetta, bolognese and the pasta alla vodka. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was attentive.

This restaurant should really be considered one of the top two or three restaurants in Little Italy. Their food is awesome. The service… It’s personal. If you’re looking to get in and out in 15 minutes, this isn’t your place… But if you’re looking for a fantastic meal, reasonably priced, in a comfortable casual dining room with thoughtful old school service, this is your place!
