Heritage is family owned and operated by Chef Philip Pretty and sister Lauren Pretty. Our lively indoor dining room was built in 1922 as a craftsman house. Walk inside to an open kitchen, request bar seating to watch us cook over a live fire Santa Maria grill. Located in the Rose Park neighborhood of Long Beach on the corner of 7th & Saint Louis Ave. Heritage Restaurant uses sustainable meat & seafood, and Farmer's Market produce. Growing our own produce at Heritage Farm right up the street. Certified blue, green, and maintain a zero-waste kitchen. One red and green star Michelin awarded. We serve a tasting menu only. We politely decline modifications. Please specify all dietary restrictions/allergies when booking your reservation. Our menu is seasonal, and subject to daily changes.     Amazing food and great service Bridgett! This is my 2nd time dining at Telefèric!! Excellent service, very attentive and the quality of food is great. Paella, Jamon, Wellington, kebabs, and shrimp were incredible. If you have room for dessert, please try the cookie in a skillet and churros. I will be returning for a night of great food and service.

    My second time here. I particularly love this place because I can get foul here! I don’t live any where near the restaurant, but I have been waiting patiently to come here again. I enjoyed it even more the second time! I highly recommend this place. So good!

    The Filet Mignon Cobb Salad - the ingredients are super fresh & the dressing should be golden champagne and not blue cheese. It’s such a wonderful lunch. This salad is a must and should be as famous as the Waldorf. Joe at the bar, makes any day super sunny 😎and his Old Fashioned is all smiles.

    So cute with all the holiday decorations! At first we were seated outside in the drizzle but they moved us to an apartment door table which was so much warmer. Great service & tasty food. The drinks were strong & delicious with cute rubber ducks, a plastic reindeer, umbrellas…..the works. We loved the experience:)
