Over 18 only. Stick is a restaurant focusing on food that can be cooked over a wood fire and has a selection for all diets. Most global cuisines have a specialty food served on a stick and that is the predominant menu theme, amongst another delicious tapas ideal for group sharing. The bar team at “Stick” will also be serving high quality cocktails that are now one of the latest revival beverage/bar trends. The cocktail recipes will follow the Codex system that simplifies the concept behind complex recipes. Stick also has a selection of craft and non-craft beer, as well as a selection of sommelier chosen wines. Chris and Andrew, the franchisees of the Port Macquarie Hog’s Breath Cafe have been in the family since 2006. ‘Andrew was a sales rep – he travelled up and down the coast all the time, and he chose to eat at Hog’s Breath when he travelled. So when the opportunity came up to open a store here, the brand was a perfect fit,’ said Chris.     Food quality was good, everyone in our party of 4 had lovely meals. Two chose a veal dish on the specials board and gave it rave reviews. My steak was cooked to my liking, but the staff who took my order could not answer whether any of the sauce options were gluten free. I don’t believe the sauce options were listed on the menu itself??? Strange we need to know what they are and if they are Gluten Free. Overall a pleasant experience at Aqua.

    Food was lovely I order the swordfish, the skin was over salted and had to be removed. It did take quit a while to receive our mains, lucky we had a lot to talk about. I did request a quiet area and I was told we would be placed in another section and unpin arrival I noticed another group had been seated in that area, the views were amazing but the noise was so bough to not hear each other talking at the table, we had a group of 7. The service staff were lovely and attended to our every needs.

    The food was nicely presented and very tasty - no complaints . Venue itself was great. Staff were quite friendly.

    Incredible food! Massive portions! The food is cooked to perfection! Staff are all so friendly and lovely, portion sizes are massive get more then you pay for! 10/10 recommend
