When visiting the restaurant, patrons descend 18 feet underground in a canopied glass elevator, accessed from street level, for a culinary experience unlike any other. My first visit. The service was excellent. The food portions were surprisingly large. The waitress was on. She checked on our table appropriately. I also liked that I called the restaurant with questions. Someone answered and was very helpful.

JACOB WAS G R E A T ! The food , service , ambience , everything was great! The sauce on the red snapper could’ve had a weeeee bit more seasoning but overall, everything was good & we’d definitely come back! It was our anniversary & they had a lovely card for us & a delicious piece of cake. Exceptional service . Thank you again Jacob and all staff involved! Ohhhh & the seafood stuffed jalapeños , AH MAY ZINGGGGG !

Totally excellent experience, service very good staff friendly and food very good. Ordered ribeye no bone cut like butter and wife had Philly M also cut like butter. Truffle fries and sprouts all very good. Enjoyable
