The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary at Rizzo’s. All the staff was incredible, the food is some of the best we’ve eaten in a while and we’re already planning to come back soon! Highly reccommend the mozzarella sticks, penne alla vodka, chicken parm, Italian wedding soup and cannoli. Everything else we saw come out of the kitchen looked and smelled incredible as well.

We had a great time we were greeted with a smile and sat right away. Our waitress came introduced herself and went over the specials as well as our drink order our food came at a reasonable time even though it was the Friday before Christmas and there was not a seat available I had the seafood sampler which was very tasty my friend had the pasta special which I was told was very good !! I ordered a salad to go again not a long wait desert was offered and we shared the ice cream with brownie was delicious Looking forward to New Years Eve evening at Ricks on Main
