The INN Restaurant's signature dished, seasonal menus and weekly specials always aim to surprise with the perfect combination of inventiveness and heartwarming global comfort. Everything is freshly prepared and ingredients locally sourced whenever possible. Choose between seating in the romantic dining room or in the lively pub and tavern. In the summer, dinner is also served on the outdoor deck. Highland Lodge is pleased to offer a full service Restaurant & Bar on site. Enjoy the sunset views over Lake Caspian from the convenience of our Queen Anne Porch or nestle up to our cozy little bar and get to know your neighbors and drinkmakers. Our cocktail list has been described as one of the best in the state. With a focus on local, organic food we are proud to be honored with the 2024 Gold Barn Distinction through Vermont Fresh Network- spending at least 35% of our annual food Purchasing budget on local food & products.We are just a stone's throw from Hill Farmstead Brewery which has been rated #1 in the world several years running. We have a permanent HFS draft line at our bar as well as other local Vermont favorites. In the Summer months our bar is open for Margarita Monday as we host Caja Madera Taco Truck out in the beer garden from 5-9pm [ Memorial Day- Labor Day ]. On Thursdays we host Trivia starting at 7pm.

Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. As you enter Rí Rá, you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you across the pond to experience the best pubs of Ireland. The pub interiors were salvaged and restored in Ireland prior to being shipped to Vermont. We are proud to showcase a unique and genuine Irish pub in the heart of Burlington.

    24 Carrot experience was very enjoyable. Nice quiet setting for two. Food was incredible and service was outstanding. We went for Christmas Eve dinner and now are returning for the New Years afternoon menu.

    We had a perfect December evening in Stowe village and Plate was the icing on the cake. Delicious food, fabulous service and a menu with a little something for everyone in the group (two of which are fussy eaters). I would confidently recommend and will definitely be back!

    The Inn is a quintessential Vermont experience with a delicious eclectic menu. Definitely worth the drive to beautiful Montgomery, VT or a wonderful place for the family if you are on a ski vacation.

    Love this place! Local farm to plate food when possible. Menu protein of grass fed/pasture beef was raised literally up the road where you can drive by and see the cows outside. The chicken was pasture raised in the next town over outside on pasture land. The place is so quaint, love the decor and local goods as well as beverages available. Host and hostess super accommodating as well as the chef. She made sure none of my allergens were in my serving. She also came out and checked in on the guests. Will dine again for sure!
