While it may seem like we are a normal restaurant, The Pearl is primarily a place of learning for our culinary students.     Our server/waitress was excellent; very attentive, welcoming and one of the best we've ever had anywhere!! Food was great which is why we keep coming back. The only drawback was the smell where we sat, 2nd booth going towards the kitchen. The booth chair was ripped, the odor from the carpet or kitchen was not pleasant. Just a suggestion that an update/renovation might be needed.

    Little Joe's steakhouse compensate the service that Yaya's chophouse and seafood (made us wait one hour and 30 minutes for our food and the order is not even right )lacked because we came in at 9 PM and food came out around 9:20 PM and servers are fantastic with their customer service

    My Ohana and I had dinner to celebrate a birthday and it was great! Reservation was easy to do and when I needed to change the time, they had no issue doing so. Service was great, everyone worked together to serve the people. Food was delicious and to me the price was greatly reasonable. Food came out at a timely matter and the manager who I did not get his name, was really great! He came out to check on everyone, bussing tables, refreshing water/beverages and making us smile and laugh. He showed us his cool trick with flipping out drink without spilling it! That was cool. Mahalo nui!

    The four of us really enjoyed the casual but great food. We did have a little hitch with one of the food items delayed and the manager took care of it nicely. We look forward to going back there.
