Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata.     We were four people celebrating my birthday. My waiter was Maykel and he was fantastic. Everyone who works there has a great attitude, all willing to help the other, which is very unusual for a restaurant like this. It was a pleasant surprise and made my birthday super special. The food is meticulously done in such nice taste. Everything has a beautiful presentation. This is not the restaurant where you come starving because the portions are small but delicious. Every bite is an explosion of taste in your mouth. We ordered 12 different appetizers all amazing. The most impressive thing about this restaurant was the service and the energy inside. It’s just a great ambience. There was a fire dancer. The mood is fun. Thank you so much for making my birthday special.
